Been taking this for a few weeks — solid product. Capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset the stomach. I noticed fewer night bathroom trips and overall better comfort. Also seems to help a bit with hair shedding. Not a miracle, but it works steadily. Great value for the price.

So i take this as a female to balance out excess testosterone. I had the initial blood work that showed my levels were slightly elevated. I know this is more commonly used for men, but I saw some research that it helps balance hormones in females too. I have some excess facial hair and some hair loss particularly around the hairline. I have been taking it for about a month and I do feel like I can feel a slight improvement. I feel like the hair on my chin is not quite as coarse. it's definitelly still there, but I'm hoping to see further reduction with continued use. I haven't noticed any major difference overall, but I haven't been taking it long enough to really get the results I'm looking for. My cycles are usually quite short (24-25 day cycles) so I'm hoping that they help me get in to 28-30 day range. I will retest my blood testosterone levels again in December I think and let you know how I go!
