It's not easy to get. There are a lot of pesticides on the market, and I think consuming too much is bad for your health. The pills are easy to use and taste good.

Swanson Kale is a full strength kale ingredient. It's often too taxing to shop for, clean, chop, chew, swallow, and digest raw kale. So, this is the next best thing. The easy to swallow, average sized capsule dosage comes-in at 400 mg per unit. By contrast, the Carlyle brand of kale capsules have double, 800 mg per unit; but Carlyle has gelatin (cow bone) as part of the capsule. Swanson capsules have a light, somewhat (again, light) vegetable taste to them. The ingredient, singular, is simply kale leaf. The Swanson capsule has the components that most veggie caps have, thankfully with zero maltodextrin, animal products, or gums.
