tinnitus irritates me alot! so annoying! before that im diagnose with vertigo, vertigo is awful!!! i read up about this 2 symptoms, what i understands are both got to do with inner ear problem, years back i got frequent ears infections! please take care of your ear health!!! took this almost a week as prescribed 2 capsules a day, change my diet, do some exercises everyday, and follow massages on youtube. anyone with tinnitus i recommend to do what i did, keep on trying guys! today im clear with tinnitus, all happened when i yawnnnnn and yawnnnnn and yawnnnnnnn, pop in the ear!! hopefully it never come back!!!

I use it whenever I feel my ears ringing more than usual. I have it for a few days and notice that my ears stop ringing for at least a few weeks after that. I have repeated sinus infections and I suspect that the ringing in the ears is a result of that.
