update- after almost finishing the second bottle I can say that I'm disappointed. I feel it did nothing to me. I left 2 stars because I feel it's clean but it was also useless to me. good ingredients, dosage, easy on the stomach- I'm very sensitive. benefits- yet to say but I started to see some results. might update in the future. benefits as mentioned. no taste. size is normal. overall i feel good with it. I think it gives me a bit more energy.
