Phase 2® also has a patent, but I personally feel it's more effective than NOW Foods' second-generation starch blocker. These seem to be helpful for blocking carbs. The pills are a little large.
I like carbo like rice, pasta, bread. But, I want to balance diet. So, I am takeing this to deterr absorption of carbo. This is recommended for people who don't eat fatty food, but cannot reduce carbo intake.

These capsules are normal size yet there is no difficulty in taking the dosage of two at time. They are tasteless and of good quality . They are tasteless as they should be. The ingredients are of good quality with no taste . I have been taking them a short time but I anticipate that i will continue with them again
