Purchased with other vitamins to help with lowering blood sugars. The ingredients are good quality and combined with the others seem to be beneficial to my health. Have seen an improvement in my sugar levels which is a great benefit. Have not noticed a taste but find them a bit large. Will buy again if they continue working.

i haven´t used it yet , but bought after listening to some podcasts by Jessie Inchauspe (Glucose Goddess). I have it under control but nearing my 50 when low hormonal levels wreck a hauvoc in what used to work so well before. Glucose control is very important for overall health and longevity
The smell of the powder inside is very nice and fresh andI feel the ingredient is of good quality I take a capsule before break to manage glucose spike. I only need 250mg so I open the cap to pour half the powder into another empty capsule. This worked very well for me.
quite a large pill which is not easy to swallow. glad that it has no adverse smell. i will continue to take it to see whether it can control the blood sugar level
