I have learned that silica, of which bamboo extract has a high percentage, is not just beneficial for nails or hair, but for teeth mineralization as well. I had one tooth with an incipient demineralization and the problem disappeared, not sure if exclusively a result of this supplement. The capsules are large in size, but I open them and pour the content in my drink or in my porridge, and I do not notice any particular or strong taste. Happy with the apparent quality.
For this one, I don't feel or see a difference. Maybe it takes time? I have read extensively on silica benefits and I cannot say that I saw any results yet. I like Swanson. More affordable than other brands. I'm keeping it and will see if when i end the bottle there's any results. Thank you iHerb.
