Great quality, good ingredients and from my research, superior absorption to curcumin with bioperine. I'm taking it as an antioxidant. I do notice I tend to bruise lately, people with bleeding tendencies may need to be careful. But that said, I can't be sure if it's due to this.

This curcumin supplements helps a lot with keeping my joint pain as bay. I noticed a marked improvement in my flexibility as well. It helps keep overall inflammation down and I haven't had to take that many NSAIDs while taking this! I think this has become an essential part of my supplement stack!

One of the best curcumin formulations on the market. Subjectively, seems to reduce inflammation and brain fog. Sometimes experience slight GI symptoms due to the fiber, but this is outweighed by the longlasting bioavailability of the curcumin.

This stuff is great for joints. The fenugreek tech is supposed to make the curcumin absorb better. I don't feel quite as stiff in the mornings when I'm consistent with it.

I have only received this product today but I have already tried it. I have honestly felt an immediate effect, a boost of good energy due to a mitigation of inflammation and therefore less muscle pain. I will keep taking this supplement and see how it goes.
