Great mineral for bones and hormonal health. If you want to increase your blood levels of Vitamin D, then take this boron, as boron act with magnesium as important cofactor for Vitamin D absorption. 6mg is a great dosage but would have preferred a 5mg dosage as studies have shown some great results with 10mg dosage. Also great form regarding absorption.
take it both internally and open a capsule to use in my home made tooth powder, my teeth are better, but i do alot of things for my teeth, want to find something more cost effective tho. Remember not too high of a dose if you are a woman in your childbearing years, do your research! MUch love
