I have taken this boron supplement for a couple years and notice a difference in my energy levels and ability to think clearly if I am not able to take it for a couple days. I have struggled with fatigue due to a chronic illness and taking this has made a big difference in my overall ability to function, likely as a result of its ability to help with vit D absorption. I feel like this is a good value for the quality and convenience, as this liquid version has been much more effective than the tablet forms of boron I tried. The taste can be easily masked with lime or lemon in water; if you can have sugar, juice and sports drinks work great too. I highly recommend giving this a try if you need a boron supplement.

This boron is easy to add to water, along with our minerals. You don't even notice the taste of it. We use trace supplements for both our minerals and boron. My daughter is deficient so we're using this to help her symptoms of joint pain. The size is perfect for travel and we're happy with the quality ingredients.

I like that this product comes in a small, portable bottle that I can carry with me anywhere. I appreciate the markers of 0.5 and 1.0 ml on the dropper. I haven't been taking it long enough to comment on the benefits, but it is very easy to use, I just add a few drops to water as needed.
