Started this together with an “estrogen clearer” to help lower SHBG and support free testosterone. I’m 36F and my SHBG sits around ~112, which can bind too much testosterone — not ideal for fertility since we actually need some for follicle development and ovarian function. What’s interesting (and tricky 😅): lowering SHBG can increase both testosterone and estrogen, so I’m supporting estrogen metabolism alongside it. Albion are generally best quality form for all mineral supplements, this comes in 3mg capsules which is helpful and best price wise. could be too serotonergic for some if taken long term.

I believe citrate is much more stimulating than this. Therefore you can choose this if you are deficient but I use citrate before workouts. Dont take it on empty stomach since it can cause problems.
