Honestly I feel like this is exactly what my gut needed. I am not great at remembering to take probiotics, but I feel it when I forget these. I usually buy different brands every time and feel no difference between brands, but these I feel working.

There are several important benefits that come with soil based probiotics, including help with leaky gut and to increase bacterial diversity for instance. It’s also much safer for those with SIBO. Not many options for soil-based organisms. I’m glad Swanson’s has it. I think they offer reasonable quality at fair prices.
