The package size is nice and easy to carry, delivering 30 quality caps of 30 mg of CoQ10 a potent and powerful antioxidant beneficial for the whole body (especially for the cardiovascular system, heart, skin, brain, etc ). The taste is neutral, no bad smells, no acidity, no problems with the stomach, the ingredients are top notch and very effective . A very important supplement with great benefits for people of all ages. I prefer the 30mg dosage, it allows you to scale the dosage according to your needs

It is hard to know if this helps the heart. We can only hope that in the long run it will improve the function of the heart. My husband has an arrythmia so could have a stroke. I bought it for him.
