I’ve been using this larch arabinogalactan powder daily and really like how gentle it is. It mixes easily into smoothies or water with no taste, and doesn’t cause any bloating or gas like some fibers can. I’m taking it for gut support and immune modulation, and I’ve noticed fewer colds and steadier digestion. Big bonus that it’s a great value for the size.
It is a good decent product, unfortunately the version from Thorne is on completely different level regarding quality. I didn't expect such a difference in a product quality, but Thorne's version seems to be completely different. How much impactful it is biologically, I do not know. Otherwise, it is a good cheap arabinogalactan.

Excellent prebiotic for immunity and gut health! Arabinogalactan dissolves easily in water with no taste. Does not cause any discomfort. I take it to support my microbiome and have noticed that I get sick less often. The effect is noticeable, quality is good. Will be ordering again.
