I purchased this particular Swanson brand of Boswellia Serrata Extract after reading up on it through consumer labs. This formula has a high dose of the specific extract that is active. The quality is great too. It had great reviews on consumer lab which showed the authenticity of the ingredients in this. It works well at lowering things like injury inflammation in the body.
