I take this vitamin as directed. This size is good value, has a wide range of ingredients. I am in my 60's and feel it is good for me. Easy to take. Highly recommend. It is an excellent product and quality. Will buy again.
I have been taking this for sometime now. It is so powerful that even taking one tablet a day is suffice. It does recommend taking two, but I don’t always take two. I really like it and have found no other to be comparable in quality or ingredients. It’s a little larger size, but it’s very smooth and for me easy to take. It does come without iron, but another thing I like about this one is that it does not have a massive amount of iron compared to some of the other brands. Well, all I can say is this works good for me and I plan to continue taking it.
