I particularly like that all the vitamin A is the form of beta carotene. Also the vitamin E is the natural form d-alpha tocopheryl succinate, most multivitamins use the dl-alpha form.

Just started taking these one a day for myself and my husband as we are in our late 50's. so far easy to take with no weird after taste. Big tablets if you have trouble swallowing pills. They have a strong wine type smell but not bad - they are well packaged.
