I have been taking this for almost a month now. The size of the capsule is regular, it does not have an after taste. I have issues with arrhythmia (bradycardia), and i have observed that my arrhythmia gets better after taking Calcium and Magnesium, and it has been 2 weeks now. I am not a doctor. My work is quite stressful and I am often working late, and I can say that this supplement is helpful for me.
