This product has helped to level off my glucose to under 100 a day. I was running between 120 and 130. It's also proven for me, to be an appetite suppressant. My son-in-law's blood sugar was 119 the morning I took it while visiting. I gave him two Carlson Ceylon Cinnamon that day and the next morning his reading was 98. He has diabetes in his family so I gave him enough to get started until he got home and could purchase some. I'm a firm believer in Ceylon Cinnamon. I'll continue taking it. I'd highly recommend this cinnamon and I love the Carlson brand.

Carlson Brand's Ceylon Cinnamon is of high quality and "real" cinnamon of the type needed for health use. I've also found it to be the best value. I am a diabetic and find that using one capsule of this cinnamon with my diabetic protocol a half-hour before each meal helps keep my blood sugar well-controlled.

I’ve switched to Ceylon cinnamon because it’s healthier than cassia. Unlike cassia, which contains high levels of coumarin ( a compound that can be harmful to the liver if taken in large amounts) Ceylon cinnamon has very low coumarin, making it safer. I take Ceylon cinnamon with sugary meals because it helps balance blood sugar levels.

It's a good product since its ceylon but it caused some abdominal spasms for me. So I skipped it altogether. Not for me.
