I like this melatonin supplement which I take under the tongue before bed to aid with more restful sleep. I do not feel groggy, and my energy worker said this one does not have the negative side effects others can have, ie not addictive, etc. I am going to order more now!
The quality and ease of access in a liquid form is so nice. Plus it has two herbs along with the melatonin ...hops and lemon balm. Just a few drops right before bed and boom....off to sleep within 5 to 10 mins. Highly recommended. However, the taste of encapsulated melatonin has hardly any taste at all ...just my opinion. I prefer liquid as it's easier and quick acting. Be sure to tighten the cap or refrigerate if you live in hot climate.
This is a great melatonin supplement. It is hard to find a liquid supplement that does not have alcohol in it. It seems to work great too! The taste is pretty good. Also the size is huge for the price. The one I was getting before from another website was the same price for 1/3 of the amount of servings!
I trust Nature's Answer company. They have good quality products and this one is no exception. The product comes in a glass bottle, which is rare nowadays but it is the best possible container. Before going to bed I put 1 ml of the liquid under my tongue and keep it there for about 1 -2 minutes. The taste is good. It helps me fall asleep very easily. Other ingredients are lemon balm and hops, both herbs are known to promote good sleep. The dosage is relatively high, but I read that melatonin has plenty of benefits and you cannot overdose it.
I replaced this new melatonin with my synthetic pills from the drug store and it works like a charm! I fall asleep quick and stay asleep. It also works relatively fast because its a liquid form, compared to pills from the common drug store. Liquid herbal extracts are the best thing ever in my opinion and im studying herbalism. I used to take 2.5mg of store bought melatonin and with this liquid melatonin I only need 5 drops. 10 is too much and made me groggy. Be careful about how much you take.

i love the liquid form and the natural ingredients. It is one of the cleanest out there. The liquid form makes it easier to dose to a lower amount. It works well.
this is my second bottle of melatonin, unfortunately the one I had previously is not available anymore so I went for this one. the taste is ok, the effect ok, both just slightly less good than the previous brand. I wish the bottle was plastic as I tend knocking it off my bedside table during the night, but the size is solid.
