Pro Biotic 4 is good for your microbiome and your gut what has the benefit that your digestion goes more regularly. Its in capsule form so there is no taste. There are 30 cps in one package, right for one month. I think the quality of this supplement is pretty good.

I took this for my stomack. I love wine and in the evening after wine I drink good bacteria to remove rotting in the digestion, bcause of absorption. I noticed a difference - after the probiotic I feel better if I eat some foods at night and don’t have a bad process inside. The result is good health and without constipation.
