The capsules are not overly large and easy to swallow. They dont have any taste, or after taste. They are absorbed easily . They aid in producing good bacteria in your gut. They also keep your bowels regular. I've suffered from constipation for years and this has helped sooo much. It took a few days for my bowels to adapt, then regular like clockwork. When starting any new medication, supplement, it is always strongly advised to check with your physician first! This is clearly listed on the box. This is my second bottle, I’ve been issues with my digestive system and this one has been very helpful for my bloating and constipation, also take probiotics have good benefits for your digestive system in future.
I started taking this after some bloating issues, and wow—what a difference. It’s very gentle on the stomach and keeps everything running smoothly. A great combo of probiotics and fiber!
Happy with the ingredients for the most part, but perhaps 500 Million CFU is too low for me, hence me not seeing as much benefit as I would have liked. I may need 1 Billion at least. This formula has not helped with my constipation and gut/digestion issues as significantly as some other formulas I have tried here on iHerb.
