I purchased two types of Hydroxycobalamin. Both are good. This one seems slightly better quality. Taste is lovely. I cannot tolerate methyl cobalamin but this hydroxycobalamin suit very well for me.

Everyone talks about how with the MTHFR genes you need methylcobalamin, but I have MTHFR A1298C (heterozygous) so the methyl b vitamins are too much for me. I will wake up with numb arms and swollen toes even with a micro dose. Hydroxy b12 is a step down and requires a conversion, but much better than the generic cobalamin. I’m only doing a 1/2 pill a day but so far reacting very well to this.
