I take this when I want to really sleep deeper. The only negative is that it has melatonin which I'd rather it wouldn't so I can't take this all the time as melatonin isn't good to take often. I wish they would have left this particular ingredient out then it would have been a perfect product as the gaba for this brand is great as is the magnesium bisglycinate.

Magnesium Bisglycinate is a superior form of magnesium that doesn’t upset your stomach or cause the runs, and it is great for sleep and muscle relaxation. Combine that with fermented GABA, Theanine, and melatonin, and you have yourself a fantastic sleep supplement. It helps me fall asleep quicker and stay asleep, no other product has ever done that for me and I have a VERY high tolerance to any kind of sleep supplement and even sleep medications. Finally, the best part is this product is all natural! I highly recommend this as it works better for me than taking magnesium bisglycinate by itself, and it’s at an affordable price. 5/5!
