when i first learned about collagen and started my research on it I quickly learned like so many other supplements how careful you have to be when choosing your product. with collagen, you need other nutrients in order for your body to properly absorb and use it. every collagen I have looked at except this one is only collagen, no other supporting nutrients. sorry I did come across 1 or 2 others but only vitamin c was added to support and there's other nutrients besides vitamin c that you need. so! because this includes the other nutrients plus superfoods I know i have made the best choice by using this product. I'm sad there used to be an organic version of this sold at costco and a couple years ago it got replaced with a different product. I highly recommend this one! goes great mixed in my coffee every morning. serving size is 2 scoops which I usually have a couple cups of coffee in the morning so I do 1 scoop in each cup. 2 scoops in one cup might be too much for some. depending on how big your cup of coffee is! 😅

This unflavored collagen dissolves well and mixes perfectly into any hot drink. I enjoy it with honey and chamomile tea. As someone in my early thirties with arthritis issues, I’ve noticed a positive difference in my joints, and my hair is shedding less. This blend also includes superfood and vitamin ingredients, though I’m uncertain if that impacts the collagen concentration. Overall, a great addition to my wellness routine.
I’ve always liked the Orgain brand and as I age, I am more conscious of the need to supplement my collagen intake for healthier skin, joint and nails. This product contains Type I & III hydrolyzed collagen from grass-fed and pastured-raised cows, a better choice. What sweetens the deal is the addition of 50 quality superfood ingredients including ancient grains, sprouts, berries and other fruits, greens and Amla. The latter is also a superfood that could help to reduce inflammation.
I used this product and added it to my protein shake. Didnt effect the taste or texture so i guess it works. During this time taking this i was walking 10km a day and it helps with recovery.

Good value for the large quantity. Four stars because it does alter the taste of liquids. Too short a time to tell if it's making a difference in skin and hair but will continue to use it and chime in again.
This is a great product for "secretly" adding protein into your diet ;) I add a scoop to my meal replacement drinks...they already have protein, but with this I can use a substitute for the cow/soy milk, and still get the added protein...minus the calories. I also put a scoop in my coffee...again, protein without the calories of milk. It is odorless and blends well. I can't say it doesn't have any flavor at all...but barely discernible. Just a hint of something...like cinnamon...but not...haha! In any case, it doesn't bother me at all, just added in case someone is super sensitive.
I’ve been taking the Orgain protein powder for many years now, and wanted to add some collagen to my diet. Read that collagen type I and III are best for absorption, so I thought to try this. It’s only been awhile so I can’t tell if there’s any benefits/ beneficial effect or improvement to my health. But the ingredients & composition seem to be of good quality.
I notice other people mix this with some kind of beverage, but I just mix it with other protein. It mixes the best in milk, but does not mix that well in water. I only taste the other protein I mix it with, so the flavor of this is masked easily.
