i like this as this contains 6 B vitamins. albeit more expensive that the liquid bragg's apple cider vinegar, I prefer this over the latterthis has no acidic taste. normal-sized capsules although 3 is needed for 1 serving/dosage. i cannot ascertain just yet if it is helping me in keeping my blood glucose levels down.
This is a good product which I use in the middle of the day with or just before food. I already take B vitamins in the morning so this gives a little extra boost to help stop you slowing down after food later in the day. I would store these in the container it comes in, tightly sealed, as I noticed when I move them to a weekly pill box the quality deteriorates and the content in the capsule shrinks. I have stopped taking the product after I finished it, as it contains the cyanocobalamin form of B12 as an ingredient, which it generally not recommended in health circles (compared to the methylated form). Instead I am trying their other standard ACV capsules, and there are several varieties to choose from. I find this more convenient than the liquid form, which tends to make my teeth go yellow (even with water and a straw) and this is also more convenient in the office or when travelling. The size is perfect and lasts a month. Primarily I use it to improve digestion and weight control.
I’ve been ordering my supplements from iHerb for [insert time, e.g., 2 years] and I’m always impressed by the quality. Unlike other sites, everything here is 100% original and the [insert product name] has made a noticeable difference in my [energy/skin/health]. Highly recommend for anyone looking for authentic health products!
The dosage and ingredient and taste is tolerable. The quality of this product is ok
Great product from the leader for Apple Cider Vinegar. Easy to pop pills that can be consumed on the go. Boosts your energy level.

Ive been using ACV for many years but it isn’t always convenient to miss and drink. These capsules help me to get the benefits of apple cider vinegar in an easy to take capsule and i love the added B vitamins.
