Good taste, but no noticeable calming effect for a highly active child. I bought these magnesium gummies for my 6-year-old child. They taste great and are very easy to take, but unfortunately, I didn't see any visible calming effect—my child is just way too active and energetic. It might work well as a basic supplement, but don't expect a dramatic difference if your kid is naturally hyperactive.

These gummies have, hands down, the BEST flavor I've tried in recent memory. The peach flavor is so juicy and delicious. The gummies help me relax and calm down and the citrate helps keep me regular. The only concern I have is that the gummies are rolled in sugar, which I feel is unnecessary and not good for your teeth.

Can't say these gummies are very tasty. They are sweet and sour, where is the peach flavour in that I couldn't tell you. They are also covered in sugar like kids candies, which is completely unnecessary.. Also, they stick to ones teeth a bit. They do work as magnesium though, better take them no more than 2 at once, otherwise the bowel may react accordingly (if you know what magnesium does)..
