These work just as well as the extra strength version I tried before, and the price is better too. I don’t need anything stronger, so this 50-count bottle is perfect for me. The flavor is great, and they help me fall asleep naturally without feeling drowsy in the morning. A solid, gentle option that does the job.

Firstly, the quality of this product is outstanding. I prefer the gummies over usual tablets. These bite size gummies are gentle yet effective. The ingredients are really effective and work well with one another. I sleep peacefully. These don’t have any negative effects on my body/mind. Usually with tablets, I will wake up with a rather depressive mood the day after…the gummies do not have that effect. Also, they’re delicious!!

the normal version used to help with my insomnia but after a few times, they stopped working even though i increased the dosage. i switched to this and was able to fall asleep very quickly after taking 2 pieces.
It’s a good product helps with having a good night sleep but you need to take it at least 3 hours prior to sleep and make sure you have long hours of sleep or else it will be hard to wake up early
