these are really good they don't hurt my stomach even when taken 2 at once . However some things I don't like are 1. B12 is in cyanocobalamin form which is synthetic and some people don't convert it properly 2.b6 is in HCL form which is synthetic and relys more on body nutrition status and enzymes necessary for converting to p5p 3.b1 is in mononitrate which is inferior to other forms of B1 in terms of absorption. overall it's decent to use every day along side a b complex that has active forms.

I love these vitamins because they contain several ingredients that regular vitamins don't have. For instance, it contains cinnamon, alpha lipoic acid, and fenugreek, which help with blood sugar. The quality is good as well! I think the size is normal for vitamins. The price is good and the effect it has makes me feel as I am getting something from this particular vitamin that my body is missing being that I am diabetic.

Do they use Gelatin from animals? If yes, which animal?

I thought that I would have trouble swallowing the tablets. But they were easy to swallow. Thankful that there’s a specific vitamin out there for diabetics.
