I take 2 capsules with Natural Factors Berberine at 11.30am. Take my lunch around 12noon. It works effectively for me. I can finish my lunch but half way through it I feel so full to the point that I struggle to finish lunch. Dessert, which was a must for me previously isn’t appealing to me anymore. Even sugary drinks such as my usual Iced vanilla latte/ iced mocha is a no for me now. I literally cannot take even one more spoonful of food. I can only go for water or americano. This lasts till around 7 to 8pm. I take this opportunity to skip dinner or have only a light one. What sorcery is this LoL. Hope this will help me to lose a couple of pounds before the holiday season, as previously I cannot stop eating even when I was full.

It has been a few weeks now and i have to admit my apatite control is good i am not snacking in between meals as much so far so good..

I have only been taking 2 a day at the time of day I tend to over eat and they do seem to be helping me eat less and crave less sugar. No side effects of nausea or upset digestive system at all.

This has helped me get rid of some of my food noise when I’m feeling particularly craving-centred which has been helpful so far!
