Full Spectrum Cacao (Raw Cocoa), 400 mg, 60 Capsules

This gives a little lift, somewhere between good dark chocolate and a little bit of coffee. The pills have a slightly chocolatey scent (very pleasant) and are fairly small and easy to swallow. We have not gotten any bad effects, like heart palpitations or anxiety. It is a good supplement to just have on hand. I do not know if I would take it at night though. It might keep you up. Good ingredients, improves energy, and provides a noticeable benefit.

I used it to make my bullet proof coffee and it makes my coffee taste so good. Sometimes I dissolved the capsule in my mouth and it taste wonderful.

I was delighted with the quality of the product. The ingredients are selected with special attention to their compatibility, which contributes to the best assimilation. I take one capsule at lunch, and the result is not long in coming. My hair and skin have noticeably changed, and my heart has started working better.

It gives me headache if I take the whole capsule. So I open it and take maybe 1/3 of it. I like it this way and always have a bottle in case I am in the need. For the every life I prefer real cacao powder and I can take as mush as I can with no headache.

idk honestly bought this expecting a slight boost in nitric oxide/vasodilation during my pump sessions due to the flavanols, but at 400mg raw cacao per cap the dosage is just way too underdosed for serious lifting. ended up having to pop 3-4 caps preworkout alongside my citrulline stack to even feel mild vascularity gains. bioavailability feels mediocre. might work if ur super sensitive to mild cocoa polyphenols or just want general anti-oxidant support, but for high-intensity training protocol it doesnt cut it. taste is fine if u bite through it, pill size is easy to swallow at least.

Top quality for such an affordable price. Cacao ingredient has apparently been lab tested for safe lead levels, unlike others I have tried, so it’s safe to consume for long term periods. I notice improvements in blood flow in the body, helping with brain health and skin. Raw cocoa is truly a superfood in a convenient package

Good quality supplement with seemingly fresh ingredients. I wish I could buy a larger size (more capsules) for a more affordable price per capsule. I take this for its antioxidant benefit. Dosage is appropriate. No bad taste. Good packaging ensures prolonged potency. I also like that the expiry date is still 2028.
