Postbiotic Immune Formula Featuring Epicor®, 500 mg, 60 Capsules

Swanson EpiCor is a good quality supplement with good ingredients in a reasonable size capsule. However, as a postbiotic product to help with dysbiosis I didn't find it that effective but neither was it harmful. I guess it could be problematic if you are sensitive to histamine or glutamine, which yeasts can contain or induce. This may also apply to the closely related S. boulardii. It seems that a better approach may be to use either bovine colostrum or bovine serum-derived immunoglobulin complex (sold as ImmunoLin).

This product was recommended by nutritionist to promote a heathy gut flora and microbiome, helps with digestion. . No after taste, good absorption. Good size product. I would recommend it to my friends to benefit their health.

A great supplement, with the quaranteed quality of Swanson. As prebiotic, increase the effectiveness of the probiotics supplements. That's why I prefer consume it in an empty stomach with my probiotic capsule. The size of the pill is easy to shallow, the taste is neutral and the dosage for my is a per day.
