I have been taking these for few months now; I prefer to take the chewable tablets over your oversized typical calcium tablet. These pills have a pleasant taste of vanilla. The quality of these tablets at a very affordable price. I take these with meals for the full benefit of the calcium supplement.

Best calcium I've found for myself so far... always has to be in carbonate form, which is alkaline. More acidic forms like citrate mess with my stomach & also increase joint / muscle pain... for me anyway. I take this with my coffee in the morning & it's smooth sailing. I make sure to take it away from my Magnesium Glycinate, which I take at night. This one's handy too cuz you can just chew it & it tastes like vanilla.

Not my favorite flavor, but very functional. Would recommend as a calcium carbonate supplement, might need to take 2 a day.
I was looking for a chewable calcium supplement with minimal other ingredients like magnesium and D3, since I already take those and don't want to exceed the recommended dose. This product has only 2.5 mcg of D3 per tablet, which is acceptable and might help with calcium absorption. What I especially liked is the flavor. My last calcium supplement had that annoying sweet, saturated orange flavor. Whereas this one has a really nice vanilla flavor that I enjoy.

These are a good alternative to the gummy products which I've heard are not very effective. The tast is mild and they are not very chalky tasting
