This is a good quality product and fair value. If you need higher dosage, you can always take more of the capsules, which is what I do. I am looking for 1.5 g personally so that just means I can adjust the dosage as needed which is fine for me

I really like it, but dosage is small, u wanna go for 5 grams but this is only 500mg per capsule so quite small, great quality honestly, taste good
