As a 58 year old trying not to age, but starting to get chin hair, I wanted to give this a try. I had done a test which said I was lacking this. The same test said I’m intolerant to soy and this product usually has soy. This one doesn’t, so it’s all good 👍

Helps to soften the symptoms of a menopause. I am combining it with another herbal blend and the effect is stronger. I believe i need a bit more time to use it to see the better result but its already much better. Very small capsules, easy to swallow.

First, let me say I am glad to have found a genistein supplement that is tested for quality and purity. Swanson seems to be an upstanding brand. I do not take other supplements as I am very careful what to put in my body. I take about 30 mg in the morning and 30 mg a night. It has helped my sleep (has helped my night sweats, although mild) and my soreness. It acts primarily on ER-beta, so it will mostly act on brain and bone tissue. I hope in the future they will make a soy-based formula.
