These are great! I'll take some in addition to my fish/krill oil blend to give me an extra brain boost when doing more taxing tasks. I feel like my night vision is sharper and somehow i never burp any of carlsons products. The nutritional value to the size of capsule you take in this omega-3 supplement is outstanding. No funny tastes, no problem swallowing. Its become my go-to recommendation (and my own daily supplement) for people who have issues with the taste of liquids and don't want to swallow bigger capsules. I have an autoimmune condition that causes lots of inflammation. This supplement really takes care of it. I find that within days of starting it, my inflammation symptoms reduce, and my brain fog is less. My hair also seems to be shiny and fuller. The quality is everything I expect from this brand!

My stomach is able to tolerate this supplement. I am especially sensitive to some supplements. Thankfully, these don’t upset my stomach.

I think it is improving my vision. It does have a fishy smell when you open but does not give you fish burp. Seems to be a good quality time will tell.

I love this better then Salmon or Cod oils. I highly recommended and whats not better then to be Caviar!!!

The scent is mild and not overly fishy, which makes it more comfortable to use. I think it’s good to consume omega-3 for overall well-being, but especially after doing blood tests and using it to supplement specific needs. It’s also important to note that the product should be stored in the refrigerator after opening to maintain its freshness and quality. I both it at promotion and it was a gereat deal 1+1.
