Functions incredibly well! I only use half the suggested dose before hitting the sack and I'm out like a light in 15-20 minutes. Otherwise, it could be an hour or longer. It's got a really gentle and nice flavor.
Fairly priced melatonin with high concentration per ml. The liquid us a bit thick which makes it even easier to administer and dose. I am happy with the product and will order again. p.s. Goes well with valerian and lemon balm. I wish they had variant with all three.

No joking or twisting the truth - this has to be the absolute best liquid melatonin I've had so far. Tastes great although if you are used to the thin, clear, liquidy type melatonins, you will probably think this is a bit gritty. But that doesn't detract from the product at all. I actually liked this a lot and wish I'd bought more. There's no hangover type feel with this the next morning either. This is going to be my standard order now. I would take this as little as 10 minutes before bed and could feel it working so fast I could barely read a page in the novel on my bedside table.
