I have tried many whey proteins and so far this one has been the best sits well in my stomach and no bloating . After having weight loss surgery is kind of hard to find good whey protein our stomach can handle

The package is very large, resulting in a thick protein shake, but it's very sweet and has a strong aftertaste. However, it's effective and healthy, filling, and can replace a meal.

i love how creamy this is! i had it with 8oz of water but i think its best to have it at 10oz just so its not too sweet/salty! it still had a bit of the normal protein taste, but other than that highly recommended!
