I've been using magnesium oil for a while now, and it's great for aiding sleep and promoting relaxation. I fall asleep more easily and have deeper, more restful sleep. However, it dries the soles of my feet, so instead, I spray it on the tops of my feet. This way, I get all the benefits without the dryness.
Very strong , I take magnesium glycinate supplements and have regular magnesium baths and when I rubbed this on the bottom of my feet and my aching knees they stung for about 15 mins. I’ve used other liquid magnesium and not had the same reaction . Only used once so will see what happens with regular use. It is fragrance free. Quality is very good. Packaging is plastic, would prefer glass to prevent microplastics.
Spray a little on the bottoms of my feet and I sleep through the night!
I like that the spray had combination of magnesium and aloe Vera. I use it with DMSO which is too strong if used alone. The size is good and lasts long. It is good value for money.
I like to use this spray for my kids and myself especially when I don’t have a chance to take my magnesium pills. It’s easy apply, good for any ages. It doesn’t dry all the way because of the oil and it can be a little itchy for kids, adults don’t feel the difference!
It’s recommended as it recover fast from mosquitoes. I will make another comment after using.
