It has been ages since I have gotten to eat Udon noodles! These are almost the same taste as the wheat ones that I remember. The ingredients are gluten free (yay!) and they are easy to cook and use as a replacement for any Udon recipe that I have tried.
There aren't a crazy amount of options for thin noodles with no gluten (or sesame, or soy) so we're always trying to find better. These work well and don't taste crazy but they're delicate so you don't want to oversoak, overcook, and/or over mix
Easy to cook. Taste is great and good option for healthy diet. Texture of noodle is nice and you can pair with soup or cook it dry like instant noodle. I will add seaweed and mix with miso paste then added vegetable/meat/tofu and voila you have a healthy meal in instant.
Bought these to replace the wheat noodles we use at home, they weren't liked by the household so seems a waste to buy only for myself.

I have not tried the udon noodles yet but I HAD to buy them when I saw they were rice udon noodles. The quality ingredients are great and I’ve had the pho noodles which are the best!!! Worth every penny.
