Now I have tried A LOT of gluten free pasta, and seriously, nothing compares to Jovial. The texture, the taste, the consistency, its just like the standard wheat pasta. I have cooked this for my family loads of times and no one suspected that it was a gluten free option. I highly recommend this brand and all of their products.
These guys are my go to brown rice, gluten-free pasta company. The pasta holds together better than other companies. I have tried which turn mushi, this one lasts a little longer, but they don't last as long as wheat noodles like most gluten free noodles after a couple of days in a pasta salad, they get a little hard but still better than most that i found, so it's my company for them. go Jovial ...oh ya I like the Kroger store brand gluten free as much just cant get it as easily

I recently discovered Jovial brown rice pasta, and it's the closest thing to egg noodles I've found. A bit earthy, yes, but I like it, but these are so much better than any kind of bean noodle. I can't eat wheat, and I love pasta. I only wish this were cheaper. I got a discount.
