Good flavor
These have a great flavor for a gf pasta and I was so excited to find bucatini in general! You do have to be careful to rinse these and not overcook them as they tend to get soggy or stick together if you do.

This is a great brand if you need to avoid wheat pasta &/or gluten. All of their rice pastas are a pretty good texture and consistency. my only issue with the each variety I've tried is it takes longer to cook than the specified cook time, but that may just be my experience and doesn't detract from the pasta, overall.

Favorite Pasta/Favorite Shape
I love the flavor of this. It's close to regular pasta, and the thickness of these noodles make them good for asian dishes, but also just great for spaghetti or pesto. The flavor is mild and the ingredients are just water and brown rice (supposedly). I wish I could replicate this and I wish they were less expensive...
