It contains protein, which my hair loves. It is worth diluting the gel with water in your hand before applying it. It lasts for a long time, you get a big dose. You don't need to use much of it. Value for money it's worth it.

I usually don’t like Shea moisture products as they weigh my hair (3b/c) hair down too much, but this is really good. It’s very thick so you only need a small amount in each section of your hair. It smells amazing and gives a good hold without leaving a strong cast

I have a high porosity hair and I use this it comes with good size and quality and it does moisturize my hair cuz mine is so sensitive and dry so it really benefit me but don’t put in in the scalp , if u have high prostity hair its good for u but it kinda let my hair down i mean its not the best but not bad- abut the package its really good
