I really like this nasal spray I have sinus issues and this one is really easy to use, it doesn't sting or irritate. I have issues with allergies, including things that i put on my skin, so that includes nasal sprays, there are no nasties in this so I can use it without a problem. It effectively clears a stuffy nose and can be good for helping bacteria and fungi naturally. As ever iherb offer fabulous value for money and my package came over to the UK no problem!
