Helps me greatly during cold and flu season. It works well if cold symptoms caught early. It does shorten duration of cold. I got over it in tree days as opposed to normal two weeks. The secret, ones again, to start early. Size is small and pretty expensive, but it worth it.
I was really disappointed by this stuff. It doesn’t work at all like the lozenges. I do not recommend. The lozenges are so much better. The impact on shortening my cold did not happen.

feels a bit harsh when you use it, but it works faster than taking herbal remedies orally. I used it in the morning and it help to quickly resolve the small cold. Taking it at night when you start having symptoms really helps keep you from getting sick. Good ingredients, decent scent (just feels a bit strong when injected into your nose), and decent size.

This does help shorten the duration of colds. It does taste a bit strong once it passes your throat. My kids use this, too.

I was so glad I found iherb because I wasn’t sure how to get a good, non-Amazon price for this absolutely essential cold remedy. Zicam consistently shortens even my most severe colds and gets me feeling better faster. It had a nice scent, it’s easy to use, and it lasts for a very long time considering it’s small size!
This spray packs quite the potency when you first use it, so don't breathe it in too deep! Definitely a difference when I use this during a cold. Healthy, homeopathic ingredients - LOVE IT!
