I take this mainly for hair growth after losing some during a stressful year. I feel like it’s been growing and looking healthier since taking this I take it once in the AM & once at night. The herbs promote blood flow and a whole lot of other things look it up but know that it takes a few bottles to see results and continued use over a couple months. I’d recommend!

I got this for hair growth, but I only take half the recommended dosage. I took this at night once, it diff disturbed my sleep.
So far, it seems to have slowed new grey hairs along the hairline of my 30-something daughter, but hasn't made any difference tot he existing ones. She has been using it for only a few weeks, so will keep watch to see if any other improvements in future.
I bought two bottles and I just started to use the first bottle... It’s easy to use and seems to help me feel more energetic. The bottle is small and convenient, and the drops taste fine imo, although it may be hard for some people because of the unfamiliar taste... overall the quality is good, ingrediants are clean and I would probably buy it again.

Good quality product, excellent packaging, I’ve been taking Fo-Ti mainly for hair health and energy. After a few weeks, my hair feels thicker and I feel more balanced overall. no side effects so far. A nice herbal boost for aging support and vitality!
Helped me stabilize my mood in combination with some other vitamins in my routine. Love it would purchase again. But will also check for long term side effects.
