On the nights I know I need some support I take two of these gummies as the dosage recommended. I get a good night's sleep, waking up refreshed the next morning. It's so easy to take as it melts in the mouth, and I enjoy the flavor as well. The quality of the ingredients are very effective together. So happy I found this sleep rescue and relief at the same time.
I have tried alot of different melatonin brands and dosages but nothing solved my sleeping problem. These were recomended by a professional when I told about my melatonin "intolorance" and they have been doing a great job making me fall assleep and benefit of a good night of rest. The combination of herbs and flowers here seem to work better than melatonin alone for me. Plus they taste amazing! Good size for a gummie and easy to chew. I hope these keep avaiable here since the stock it's always low.
These Bach supplements have great combination of herbals, vitamin and melatonin. But I think, that most important thing here is, that they nailed it in stage, when combining ingredients, and also this mix works, as they figured out also optimally the closest ratios, in which this should give positive effect in wide group of people. size is fine, dosage is fine, taste is fine. for me personally those gummies is a very useful find! I GIVE 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ GREAT! Btw, there aren't many herbal supplements that help me tremendously. this one gave me almost instant anxiety relief and put me to sleep for 6 hours. (6 hours sleep equals to "perfect" in my case, as i got certain illness, that can cause 3-4 sleepless nights in a row)
It is very effective but I don't feel addicted at all. I use it twice or three times a week and enjoy deep sleep.
New to Bach product line but happy with all tried to date. They taste pleasant and I’m willing to trial herbals whenever sleep challenged. Sensitive to melatonin but in small dose doesn’t bother me. I usually take melatonin gummies every night, but added these for some extra support through a stressful.month. They taste good and really were very helpful in bringing down my anxiety and helping me sleep...and no drowsiness the next morning which was an added plus. Great quality ingredients!
I am a hyper person and find it hard to settle down at night. after reading reviews I thought I'd try these, they seemed promising. I love them. they taste amazing (almost too good..lol) and I do find then settle me down and relax me. it may be part ingredient part placebo, all I care is that if I think I'll have trouble settling down and sleeping, I have a fairly natural item I can reach for. really happy with these.
