we combine this with stining nettle root and quercetin, hives had been improving. Still need to watch our diet in order to maintain good gut health. I recently read that low stomach acid will cause leaky gut and gut (bad) bateria overgrowth, would also result in other autoimmune disease, e.g. thyroid problem. It's all linked up. So watch your diet and reduce diary and gluten in order to improve gut health.

At some point, I was searching just for a probiotic, but found this product which seemed to combine several others I was using as well. Apart from a good dose of 2 types of probiotics, there is zinc, L-glutamine with licorice extract, as well as ginger and turmeric. All good for gut, digestion, and some anti-inflammatory help. Practical, easy to take, good packaging and surprisingly good price considering the combo of quality ingredients.
