I bought these viggies capsules for my elderly parents as an extra supplement.I love this brand, with a wide range of special fruits that we can't access.

I have only been taking this for a bottle's worth now, but will continue to take it, as I eat plenty of veggies, high quality fats (high polyphenol EV olive oil, EV coconut oil, etc.), high quality pastured chicken and eggs, however I know I am currently lacking in the fruits department, so am hoping this fills in the gap a bit. So far, so good. Ingredients seem to be all good with nothing harmful added.
