This is by far the best protein powder I've had. Healthy ingredients, the quality, the taste, you name it. Like the package says, less is more. I usually drink it after my workouts with little water and some times I make a shake with milk, frozen banana, one scoop of Diesel protein powder and a pinch of cinnamon. So good! I used to think Dymatize ISO100 was the best but this one takes the cake!
